This Privacy Policy explains how Hwasan Studio Uploader ("the tool", "we") accesses, uses, stores and shares information. The tool is an internal application operated by Hwasan Studio to upload its own videos to its own YouTube channels.
1. Use of YouTube API Services
The tool uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel to the tool, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Information we access
When a channel owner signs in with Google and grants permission, the tool receives an OAuth access token and refresh token with these scopes:
youtube.upload– to upload videos to the connected channel.youtube.readonly– used only to read the connected channel's ID and title, so the tool can confirm it is uploading to the intended channel.
The tool does not access comments, subscribers, viewer information, analytics, messages, email, contacts or any other Google account data.
3. How we use information
Information is used only to upload videos created by Hwasan Studio to Hwasan Studio's own channels and to record the resulting video ID and URL for our own records. We do not use it for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
4. Storage
Tokens, the channel ID and channel title are stored only on Hwasan Studio's own computer. They are not uploaded to any server operated by us. We keep the data only while the channel remains connected; it is deleted when the channel is disconnected or when access is revoked.
5. Sharing
We do not sell, rent or share any information with third parties. Video files and their metadata are sent only to YouTube (Google) in order to upload them.
6. Cookies and third-party content
The tool does not place, read or use cookies or similar technologies on any user's device, and it does not serve third-party content or advertising. This website does not use cookies or analytics.
7. Revoking access and deleting data
You can revoke the tool's access at any time from the Google security settings page: https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. After access is revoked, stored tokens stop working and we delete the related stored data within 7 days. You can also request deletion by email.
8. Children
The tool is not directed to children and is not used by children.
9. Changes
We will update the "Last updated" date on this page when this policy changes.
